All diamonddriftt.com/ web-site customers are eligible for a lifetime refund/buyback of the product. We guarantee you best value for your investment in 22K/18K gold jewellery and certified diamond jewellery purchased with us, provided you follow and agree to the following rules and procedures.
Considering that the product is not damaged and is in proper weight as mentioned in original invoice with no studded stones/diamonds damaged/slipped , the below refund/exchange policy would apply
Lifetime 75% Return/Buyback Policy
The below process is adopted for all the gold jewellery and diamond jewellery purchased only online/or in exhibitions with us from diamonddriftt.com for refund
- 22 Karat Plain Gold Jewellery Refund Policy : ( Gold weight of product ) x ( 22k gold price )
- 22 Karat CZ Signity Gold Jewellery Refund Policy : ( Gold weight of product ) x ( 22k gold price )
- 18 Karat Gold Jewellery Refund Policy : ( Gold weight of product ) x ( 18k gold price )
- Studded Jewellery / Gemstone Uncuts Jewellery for which stones are priced seperately will be bought back as per the below pattern : ((22k/18k Gold weight x ( 22k/18k gold price )) + (Sale Gemstone price - 25%))
- Diamond jewellery will be bought back as per the below pattern : ((18k/22k Gold weight x ( 18k/22k gold price )) + (Sale diamond price - 25%)).
90% Exchange Policy on Natural Diamond Jewellery
- Diamond jewellery will be exchanged back as per the below pattern : ((18k/22k Gold weight x ( 18k/22k gold price )) + (Sale diamond price x 0.90))*
** The exchanged new diamond jewellery should be 25% higher in diamond weight and also in diamond value
Kindly note that the refund will be issued within 20 days from the day of receipt of the merchandise at our India office in Pune
Kindly note for exchange / buyback / repairs / polish , the customer has to arrange the product in any metro city in India which has a operational domestic airport , at a residential address . We do not have any shipment return / buyback / exchange / repair facility/service outside india
The refund issued will be after the deduction of shipping and handling charges, import duty, duties and taxes other additional charges.
Making charges / Wastage / Gemstone studding charges / weaving charges / certification charges will not be refunded in exchange/buyback
All the refunds will be issued only when original invoice along with certificate & product is returned in India to the account number / credit card of the original payee

No resale value on CZ Stones / Color Stones and Pearl.
Ruby, Emerald, Uncut flat diamonds, Blue Sapphires are classified as gemstones
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed, in case, still you want to cancel/change the order, you will be charged 25% of the final total product price towards cancellation - ( Cancellation Fee ) and the rest difference amount will be refunded to you . Since all our product orders are made to order , hence order cancellation is not acceptable
Shipping Policy
Shipping Carrier: In USA, all our goods are transit insured from sender to the delivery addressee. At our discreation we may ship your order by UPS / Fedex / USPS / DHL / BRINKS'. We will send you the tracking number on your phone number once your order has been shipped. Safe and secure delivery of goods is guaranteed. You will not be responsible for lost, misdelivered or misplaced items in transit. We have been shipping goods all over USA for the past 15 years now.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not been delivered to you by the expected delivery date, do call and/or email us and inform us so that we can do everything possible to expedite the process and get it delivered to you at the earliest possible, although orders normally get delivered in 10 ~ 20 business days from the date of Shipping. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier due to weather conditions / flight cancellations / temporary lockdown on transit route / Pandemic.
After COVID-19 pandemic , a few logistics delivery guys avoid close contact with the recipient hence, the shipment will be dropped in your mailbox / left at door front with prior intimation , it is responsibilty of the addressee to make sure they are available in person on the shipping address to collect the package. We are not responsbile for shipments stolen from Mailbox / Door front, also it is advisable for the recipients to HOLD the shipment at the logistics office and collect in person if they are out of town at the time of delivery
A parcel is considered lost if it is not delivered for more than 75 business days from the date of shipping for USA orders.​
Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay a re-delivery cost of US $ 195 re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect or if the shipment is lost in return to sender. Kindly provide your correct House Number, Street Address, City and Zipcode without fail supported with a valid US issued Photo Identity proof matching the shipping address
Shipping Time for Made to Order Items
Please see the product details for each product. The shipping time varies for each product. A Made to order product is a product that is not currently ready in stock, it will only be made for you once you place the order. The product page detail provides the approximate estimated date it will take for us to ship the item to you.
